Lebenslauf
Ms. Funda Dere has a sound background in the field of RE/EE financing, international auditing as well as tax advisory, research and marketing. She joined Frankfurt School in 2011 and has been overseeing two EBRD RE/EE credit line facilities in Turkey, the Turkish Sustainable Energy Financing Facility (TurSEFF) and the Midsize Sustainable Energy Financing Facility (MidSEFF). Besides the overall coordination and management of these projects, her tasks include project acquisition (preparations of EOIs and tenders), research, monitoring, quality management, internal and external organisation.
Prior to her engagement at Frankfurt School Ms. Dere has gained international work experience in East-Africa, Ireland and the USA as a consultant and full time employee. Herein, she has worked in the Renewable Energy Advisory Programme (REAP) in East-Africa, in financing and sales of wind projects at ABO Wind, in international accounting and tax advisory at Augustin Partners in NY, in acquisition, marketing and sales as a freelance consultant, and project management in network security projects of Northrop Grumman-IT in Europe and the Mena-region.
