According to § 1 of the InstitutsVergV this applies to all institutions within the meaning of § 1 and § 53 paragraph 1b, paragraph 1 of the Banking Act (KWG) and the compensation systems for all its managers and employees of these institutions. Due to the size of the company ConCap Connective Capital GmbH, §§ 5, 6 and 8 of this InstitutsVergV do not apply. ConCap Connective Capital GmbH is not a relevant company within the meaning of InstitutsVergV. Our fees are reasonable, performance-related and focused on sustained corporate success. The compensation structure of ConCap Connective Capital GmbH is closely attuned to the requirements of InstitutsVergV and agrees fully in accordance with their requirements. A review of the remuneration structure takes place annually.
