Strengthening of Small Business Lending at Mikrofin
In the framework of an EFSE mandate International Advisory Services is supporting MF Banka in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Currently MF Banka is yet a rather small but very dynamic bank.
In Banja Luka the expert team is providing support in improving the technologies for the crediting of SMEs. Simultaneously Frankfurt School’s experts work on strengthening the bank’s credit risk management. The aim is to double MF Banka’s credit portfolio until the end of this year.
