Excellence in International Leadership:
Senior Management Programme

What is this programme about?
The current turbulence in global industry calls for a new dynamic in strategic vision. Refined leadership abilities and crossover management skills are essential to business success. The present crisis is not limited to a single political leader, organisation, country or conflict. Instead, it sounds the death-knell for an entire approach to business. Change runs on the engine of leadership. And no matter how good a leader is, a purely managerial mindset is destined to fail.

The Senior Management Programme (SMP) is our flagship in the field of Executive Education. The SMP helps directors and experts in top management position to reflect their way of thinking and acting by working on their own cases and exchanging ideas. The different experiences of the participants of other international companies and the expertise of trainers, coaches and leadership experts facilitates highly interactive and innovative training modules.
