With the enforcement of the new IHK examination regulations for senior banking specialists, the successful candidates are exempted from the written part of the trainer suitability programme of the IHK. In order to get your trainers certificate, as a certified bank specialist you only have to pass the practical part of your trainer’s examination.

The “Train the Trainer” seminar deals with the core of the IHK trainer qualification: the fine tuning and execution of the training using suitable presentation concepts.

In order to optimally prepare you for this practical section the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management has created the seminar “Train the Trainer”. Its goal is to systematically qualify you for the training at the work place for the field of action specified in the framework plan.
