The Frankfurt Institute for Private Equity and M&A (FIPEMA) creates scientific knowledge on M&A, Private Equity, Venture Capital and related fields by carrying out research projects. It facilitates exchange between stakeholders from the financial industry, producing economy and the scientific community. FIPEMA provides information, knowledge and customized training on Private Equity and M&A for a wide range of interested parties. The Institute also offers a job market for students, graduates and young professionals in Corporate Finance and Private Equity.

The Frankfurt School of Finance and Management is uniquely positioned to create an independent forum to share insights about current trends and challenges in the Private Equity and M&A industry. Frankfurt is the undisputed German financial centre and one of the most important locations for Private Equity and M&A transactions in Europe.
