Great success in improving risk management at Tailong Commercial Bank
Within one of the partner banks of the KfW CCB Small Lending Program in China, great success could be achieved by implementing a newly developed credit assessment tool in the bank’s branch network. The tool – which helps the bank’s client managers and middle management to assess their clients based on cash-flow projections – is designed to be accessible web-based on Tablet PCs using 3G connection and to support the efficient decision processes of our client. While it will be applied for the new medium-term lending products introduced under the current program, future roll-out to the whole product portfolio of the bank is targeted.
