Frankfurt School earned AACSB International accreditation in May 2014.
AACSB accreditation is the hallmark of excellence in business education, earned by less than five percent of the world's business programmes. Today, there are 736 business schools in 48 countries and territories that have earned AACSB accreditation. Only nine business schools, including Frankfurt School, are AACSB accredited in Germany.
Achieving AACSB accreditation is a process of rigorous internal review, evaluation, and improvement, and takes several years to complete. During these years, Frankfurt School developed and implemented a plan to meet AACSB’s accreditation standards, requiring a high quality teaching environment, innovative academic programmes, and active engagement with industry. All accredited schools must go through a peer review process every five years in order to retain accreditation.
