Where theory meets practice
Study programmes, research and advisory services are the core competencies of Frankfurt School of Finance & Management gGmbH, a non-profit, limited-liability company based in Germany. The business school also manages other activities through a number of subsidiaries and holdings.
Frankfurt School’s organisation structure is designed to fulfil a number of objectives: adhering to the highest academic and quality standards, responding flexibly to new challenges, generating added value and optimizing synergies between the business school’s activities on behalf of students, graduates and clients.
Professor Dr. Udo Steffens, President of Frankfurt School, and Ingolf Jungmann, Vice President, are the Managing Directors of Frankfurt School of Finance & Management gGmbH. Together with the following directors and vice presidents they constitute the Executive Board: Professor Dr. Michael H. Grote, Vice President Academic Affairs, Professor Dr. Hartmut Kliemt, Vice President Research, Klaus Beinke, Director Corporate Programmes & Services and Fatma Dirkes, Director International Advisory Services.
Frankfurt School is fully owned by the Finance & Management Foundation. The foundation’s Board of Trustees advises, supports and of course also controls.
