Curriculum
As a Project Coordinator at IAS Mrs. Gurina is responsible for technical assistance projects with focus on Eastern Europe and Central Asia. She has been responsible for project planning and controlling, backstopping, acquisition of projects and regularly reporting to several donors, including EBRD, KfW, GIZ and ADB. Besides her excellent skills in project coordination, Mrs. Gurina is a junior financial sector consultant at Frankfurt School’s Microbanking Competence Centre. She supports the implementation of the Regional Technical Assistance Project “Financial Sector Development in Central and West Asia” by identifying country related advisory and training needs and conducting a comprehensive research on finance and development with the data on securities market. Among others, her responsibilities include the preparation and implementation of the Housing Finance Summer Academies and design of training materials. In addition, Mrs. Gurina holds a Master of Business Administratin and is experienced in preparing and providing trainings on multiple banking topics in English and Russian.
