Since January 2012, Carolin Schuerg is a PhD student and research assistant to Prof. Dr. Christina E. Bannier at the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management.
She graduated from Justus-Liebig-University, Giessen in 2011 having earned a degree with honors in economics (diploma). She successfully completed an acedmic year (2008/09) at the University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee, with an MA in economics. She wrote her diploma thesis about „The impact of media coverage on stock markets“.
