Our Marketing & Recruitment department requires, initially scheduled for 24 months, a Recruitment Officer (f/m) for our MBA Programmes.

  • Dealing with potential candidates’ first enquiries regarding the programme and application process
  • Providing in-depth consultation for prospective students
  • Market and competitor research
  • Data and lead management
  • Bulk e-mailing, campaign management
  • Support the development of marketing and sales plan
  • Contribute to programme marketing materials and website content
  • Coordinate and attend on- and off-campus recruitment events (travel may be required)


The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years’ experience in a marketing/sales role preferably at an international business school. Experience in the MBA industry would be beneficial.

Candidates should enjoy working in a multinational team and have good people skills, an eye for detail and a good design and image awareness. The successful candidate will be part of a small recruitment team with joint responsibility for marketing and recruitment to the respective programmes in close liaison with the programme directors and admission office.

The successful candidate will be result-oriented and conscientious and have the capacity for independent and responsible work. In addition, strong organizational skills, a high level of motivation, flexibility and excellent English and German skills are required.
