The Frankfurt Mini MBA launched by Frankfurt School of Finance & Management is a compact executive education programme for professionals and future leaders from around the world. The programme is designed to help students develop their knowledge in key management areas such as leadership and HR, strategy and innovation, marketing and operations, as well as management (internal) and financial (external) accounting.
The Frankfurt Mini MBA uses a blended-learning approach. Students complete one classroom-based module on the Frankfurt School campus. They can choose between four options – Leading with Impact,
Developing and Executing Strategy, Business Development through Innovation, and Treasury Management – allowing them to concentrate on their own specialist areas. To prepare for their week on campus, students are given access to self-study materials they can work on in their own time, and on which they are subsequently examined. At the end of the programme, they are given the opportunity to apply what they have learned in a final project. The Mini MBA gives students the opportunity to continue in part-time or full-time employment while simultaneously benefiting from a top-quality Frankfurt School education.
The Mini MBA is an eight-month course starting in May. Tuition fees come to EUR 7,200, which includes the on-campus week in Frankfurt (including overnight accommodation but excluding travel costs). Students are expected to have a first degree or equivalent professional experience (at least three years), as well as excellent spoken and written English-language skills. Students on the Frankfurt Mini MBA course must sit a number of exams, and upon successful completion of the course are awarded a Frankfurt School certificate and 10 ECTS points.
