Emirhan Ilhan has started his PhD in Frankfurt School of Finance & Management in September 2016. Prior to his PhD, he has studied Mechanical Engineering for his Bachelor’s in Middle East Technical University in Ankara and Applied Mathematics in the Erasmus Mundus double degree Master’s program called Computer Simulations in Science and Engineering (COSSE). He has been in the Royal Institute of Technology (KTH) in Stockholm for his first year and in Delft University of Technology (TU Delft) for his second year, specializing on numerical methods and computational finance. Throughout his studies, he has also gained working experience in internships in Turkish Aerospace Industries (TAI), Arcelik A¿, Transport & Planning department in TU Delft, working on crowd dynamics simulations.
