Personal Details

Lisa Cycon has been a Ph.D.-student at the Finance department of Frankfurt School of Finance & Management since September 2012. After finishing her German A-Levels in 2006, Lisa Cycon started her Bachelor in Business Administration at Frankfurt School of Finance & Management, during which she spent a semester at the San Diego State University, USA. In addition, she completed an apprenticeship as a bank clerk at the Commerzbank AG, Frankfurt am Main. Afterwards, she did an internship at the Leverage Finance Department of the Commerzbank AG, London. In 2010, Ms. Cycon obtained her Bachelor's degree and joined Frankfurt School's Master of Finance (M.Sc.) programme with a special focus on bank management. During this time, she worked at Commerz Business Consulting GmbH. After graduating in 2011, Lisa Cycon worked as a senior consultant before joining Frankfurt School's doctoral programme in fall 2012. Her research area is empirical banking, and she focuses on financial intermediation and regulation.
