The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years’ experience in a marketing/sales role at an international business school.
Candidates should enjoy working in a multinational team and have good people skills, an understanding of higher education and image awareness. The successful candidate will be part of a small recruitment team with joint responsibility for recruitment to the pre-experience Master programmes in close liaison with the programme directors and admission office.
The successful candidate will be service-oriented and conscientious and have the capacity for independent and responsible work. In addition, strong organisational skills, a high level of motivation, flexibility and excellent English and German skills are required.
