Target group

Leadership Development Camp is designed for middle and senior management from all sectors throughout Sub-Saharan Africa looking to improve their leadership skills in an ever changing environment.

Learning target

The Leadership Development Camp will be conducted in Dar es Salaam for middle and senior management from all sectors in Sub-Saharan Africa.  The training will focus especially on leadership issues in Sub-Saharan Africa.  It has been designed as a hands-on training course where course participants will learn the essentials of leadership and what defines a leader.

All lectures will take place at the Mediterraneo Hotel in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.
