On Monday, November 20, 2017, the FS-UNEP Collaborating Centre of Frankfurt School of Finance & Management together with the think tank 2 Degrees Investing Initiative will host the conference “Tragedy of the Horizon: Mapping the policy implications for the EU”.
The participants will discuss the recommendations of the European Commission (EC) and the European Supervisory Authorities to take further steps towards a low carbon, more resource-efficient and sustainable economy, highlighted in the interim report of the EC High Level Expert Group on Sustainable Finance and the background research published by the 2 Degrees Investing Initiative on the topic.
Amongst others, Professor Dr Ulf Moselner, Professor of Sustainable Energy Finance and Head of Research of the FS-UNEP Centre at Frankfurt School, will speak about the relation between climate change and capital market imperfections.
