Personal Details

Igor Bartolec is a PhD student and lecturer in the Management Department at the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management. His research interests include career development, boundaryless careers, human capital, and digitalization. After finishing his Bachelor (focus: human resources) and Master (focus: business negotiation) with summa cum laude at the Faculty of Economics at University of Rijeka (Croatia), he worked as a lecturer at the Faculty of Economics in Rijeka for a year. During his studies, he obtained practical skills in the fields of finance and computing, being part of AIESEC Croatia's finance team and Computer centre at the Faculty of Economics in Rijeka.
