Since September 2013 Maria Hennicke has been a doctoral student at the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management. Her main research interests cover innovation management, innovation networks and entrepreneurship. More specifically, she is currently examining how the composition of R&D teams within firms influences firm success. The formation of her research interests started already during her studies at Omsk State University F.M. Dostojewski (diploma), a mix of Economics and Business Administration. During that time, she did internships at the Omsk Chamber of Commerce and Industry as well as at Sberbank. In 2012, she successfully completed the Master Program (M.Sc.) in Economics with a specialisation on innovation and change at the Friedrich-Schiller-University of Jena. From 2010 to 2013, she additionally worked at the Max-Planck-Institute of Economics and as a research assistant at the Jena Graduate School 'Human Behavior in Social and Economic Change'.
