We, at the Frankfurt School Sustainable World Academy (SWA, are currently looking for an E-Learning Programme Manager (f/m/x), initially scheduled for 24 months with the possibility of conversion to a permanent contract.

Your tasks
  • Manage a portfolio of (online, blended & classroom) training and certification programmes in the area of sustainability (e.g. financial inclusion, green finance etc.), targeted at professionals from all around the world.
  • Build and maintain partnerships with key stakeholders & corporate clients from all over the world, especially (francophone) Africa.
  • Engage in communication with participants from all over the world and act as a host for international participants during on-campus training activities.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of the e-Campus Platform (Materials, Information, Forum, Updates) and ensure quality standards in the portfolio under management.
  • Financial planning for the above-mentioned portfolio of training programmes.
  • Steer marketing activities (brochures, social media, website, newsletter) and explore new business opportunities.
  • Coordinate project teams.
  • Possibly support or manage inclusive finance & green advisory and/or training projects all over the world. 
Your profile
  • You have a Bachelor/Master degree in business, education, economics, finance, int. development etc.  
  • You have strong intercultural and people skills, while being pragmatic and results oriented.
  • Professional (international) experience in (digital) education, digitalisation, finance, sustainability/CSR, international donor projects, marketing, and/or similar areas.
  • Proficiency in English is mandatory. Spanish skills will be a big asset. German, or other languages can be an asset. 
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, PPT, Excel). Experience in content management systems would be an asset. 
  • You are able to work independently and adjust priorities quickly and according to demand.
