We, at the Frankfurt School Sustainable World Academy (SWA, are currently looking for a Student Recruitment Officer (f/m/x) for our e-Campus portfolio (, including our online programme Master of Leadership in Sustainable Finance (, initially scheduled for 24 months with the possibility of conversion to a permanent contract.

Your tasks
  • Manage and build a pipeline of prospective students and applicants.
  • Ensure that close communication with prospective students and applicants is upheld throughout the admission process.
  • Taking care of prospective students’ and applicants’ concerns.
  • Market and competitor analysis as well as data and campaign management.
  • Contribute to programme marketing materials, advertising materials and website content.
  • Possibly moderate recruitment webinars and attend recruitment events all over the world.
  • Support admin and management of (online, blended & classroom) training and certification programmes.
  • Support on-campus training events implemented by Sustainable World Academy such as the annual summer academy.
  • Possible support inclusive finance & green advisory projects all over the world.
Your profile
  • You have a Bachelor/Master’s degree in communication, business, education, economics, international development etc.
  • You are a very organised and results-oriented person, who enjoys achieving ambitious targets in collaboration with an international, dedicated and fun Team.
  • You have excellent (intercultural) communication skills and enjoy liaising with applicants from all over the world.
  • You have professional experience in marketing/sales.
  • International experience (e.g. through internships or study abroad) would be an asset.
  • You have excellent command of the English language. French, Spanish, German or other languages would be an asset.
  • You are proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). Experience in content management systems can be an asset.
