Our Marketing department requires, initially scheduled for 24 months, a Website Manager (f/m/x).

  • Lead, develop and implement Frankfurt School’s web projects.
  • Manage external service providers.
  • Work with multiple sales and product management teams across the institution.
  • Evaluate and further develop existing content.
  • Budget management of website development projects and service contracts.
  • Analyse website traffic and user behaviour in order to continually improve website performance.
  • Support and drive brand design and customer’s online experience.
  • Provide training and support for internal users.
  • Ensure smooth integration and user experience between CRM system and websites with API and database management.

This position is part of a small but crucial central team within the Marketing Department interacting with colleagues throughout the institution. This role has significant impact on the success of marketing and sales activities at the Frankfurt School and provides the opportunity to innovate and experiment with new technologies and be involved with various marketing and sales campaigns. 

The successful candidate will have proven IT project management experience, experience managing online content, technical website development, and experience managing a website launch. The role requires strong database management skills, a systematic approach to website development as well as a clear understanding of the role of a website user experience within a sales funnel.

Experience with CMS (such as magnolia and WordPress) and analytics tools (such as Google analytics, Sistrix and Ryte) would be an advantage; however, the ability to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and tools in the market is key. Candidates should be fluent in English and German and enjoy working within a diverse, multinational team and have strong communication and presentation skills.
