We seek to fill the following position – initially for a period of 24 months - for our Recruitment & Admissions team: Admissions Officer (all genders)

Responsibilities
  • Plan and implement admission procedures for new students
  • Actively work with the wider recruitment and admissions team to meet both quality and quantity targets
  • Support prospective students, from application to programme start
  • Analyse and review student application documents
  • Schedule and conduct interviews and Assessment Centre Days
  • Organise and moderate scholarship committees
  • Further develop admission procedures
  • Liaise with student recruitment / marketing and study advisory
  • Support on- and off-campus recruitment events
  • Manage the internal application database
  • Evaluation of statistical assessments
  • Prepare statistics and contact external partners, e.g. the Ministry of Science
Requirements

You have ideally a Bachelor's degree and excellent English and German skills as well as a professional handling of the MS Office user programmes (Excel, Word, Outlook). You are characterised by cooperation and communication skills, commitment, teamwork and a strong customer service mentality. Furthermore, you have the capacity for independent work, analytical skills, a quick comprehension as well as a high level of planning and organisational skills. The willingness for personal and professional development completes your profile.
