As we continue to grow, we are looking for a colleague with research expertise and teaching experience in the area of Organizational Behavior or Organization and Management Theory. The rank for this position is Associate or Full Professor. We are looking for candidates who have sustained a record of consistent research productivity in Organizational Behavior or Organization and Management Theory. Qualified candidates will have completed a PhD in organizational theory, organizational behavior, management or a related discipline. The candidate should be able to liase between OB, OMT and Strategy domains in our Strategy and Organization group. The duties for the position include conducting research for publications in top-tier journals, teaching, and service. In terms of teaching, the ideal candidate would be able to teach a variety of Organizational Behavior/Management courses.
