We offer you a challenging position in Campus Technology with a focus on Customer Care and Customer Experience. We’re currently looking for two Customer Care Agents (f/m/x) Campus Technology initially limited to 24 months - we also very much welcome applications from female candidates

The Customer Care Agent Campus Technology not only provides end users with user and technical support for (hybrid) classrooms, but is also actively involved in projects to improve our campus technologies. The Customer Care Agent Campus Technology operates on current technologies and works together with the different campus teams to maintain a high standard of operations. She/he also works closely with our medialab Manager and our livestreaming experts to support them with any challenges that may arise.

Responsibilities
  • with the guidance of our service delivery manager, you support university and campus staff, students, trainers and lecturers in their operations and use of the technical infrastructure in (hybrid) classrooms;
  • you work with and in support of the university’s facility management team and provide advice and support to the entire user group for sets and technical setups;
  • you create user manuals for the technologies used on campus;
  • you research innovative trends and technologies in the market;
  • you support the development of workflows and processes;
  • you track and monitor the utilisation of (hybrid) classrooms and develop optimisation options;
  • if required, you will support the medialab Manager and our livestreaming experts with setups, events and post-production;
  • you work cross-functionally, you are kind-natured and welcome interacting with various stakeholders, and report to the Service Delivery Manager.
Your profile
  • you have excellent interpersonal skills so that, in addition to providing technical assistance, you also provide an exceptional customer experience;
  • you follow SOPs but are keen to experiment and always love to try out new technologies;
  • solution orientation is your personal aspiration. You want to make every customer interaction special so that our customers are our fans;
  • you already have good experience in media technology, streaming and the willingness to constantly develop yourself further;
  • adherence to deadlines, the ability to work in a team and customer orientation are a matter of course for you;
  • you have very good English and German skills.
