As we continue to grow, we are looking for a colleague with research expertise and teaching experience in the area of Organizational Behavior. The position is open rank. At the Associate and Full level, we are looking for candidates who have sustained a record of consistent research productivity in Organizational Behavior. At the Assistant level, we are looking for a colleague who can demonstrate research excellence, regardless of the area of specialization. Qualified candidates will have completed a PhD in organizational behavior, management or a related discipline. The duties for the position include conducting research for publications in top-tier journals, teaching, and service. In terms of teaching, the ideal candidate would be able to teach a variety of Organizational Behavior courses. We explicitly encourage international applications. German language skills are not required at Frankfurt School.
