We, at the Frankfurt School’s Sustainable World Academy (SWA, are currently looking for a

Programme Assistant (f/m/d) - Part-Time (50%)

supporting recruitment & study advisory for the FSDF e-Campus ( as well as the online programme Master of Leadership in Sustainable Finance (MLSF;, initially scheduled for 24 months 24 months in part-time (50%), with the possibility of conversion to a permanent contract.

Your responsibilities
  •  Support recruitment & study advisory for the MLSF, FSDF e-Campus courses and other SWA offers
  • Contribution to marketing activities (brochures, media, social media, website, newsletter)
  • Communication with prospective and enrolled participants & students (mostly via email & phone)
  • Maintenance of the e-Campus Platform (materials, information, forum, updates) 
  • Support for other SWA training offers (online, blended & classroom)
  • Possibly support green & inclusive finance advisory and/or training projects all over the world
Your Profile
  • Apprenticeship, bachelor’s, or master’s degree in marketing, business, communication, education, economics, social sciences, IT, or similar. Any link to sustainability topics is an asset
  • You have strong communication skills and enjoy working in a young, dynamic team
  • First professional experience in (digital) education, digitalisation/IT, finance, international cooperation, sustainability/CSR, and/or marketing, would be an asset
  • First international experience through professional internships or assignments is desirable
  • Proficiency in English is mandatory.  German, French, Spanish or other languages can be an asset. 
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Experience in content management systems and digitalisation would be a strong asset.
  • Organisational, good communication and administrative skills
  • Ability to adjust priorities quickly and work independently
