Programme Assistant e-Campus (f/m/x) with excellent French skills

We, at the Frankfurt School Sustainable World Academy, e-Campus (www.fs.de/e-campus) are currently looking for a Programme Assistant (e-learning) (f/m/x) supporting the e-Campus team, initially for a period of 24 months.

Your tasks

• Support with the design, development, and implementation of new green & inclusive finance trainings (online, blended & classroom),
• Communication with prospective and enrolled participants from all over the world (generally via email and phone)
• Coordination of digital final examinations
• Maintenance of the e-Campus Platform (Materials, Information, Forum, Updates)
• Marketing activities (creating social media post and advertisements, website maintenance, writing newsletter articles)

Your profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a subject related to media, marketing, communication or IT, education, etc.etc.
• First international experience through professional assignments or internships
• Proficiency in English and French is mandatory. German or other additional languages can be an asset.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• First work experience in education, finance or related to donor projects can be an asset
• Organisational, good communication and administrative skills
• Quick adjustment to a new environment and ready to work independently
• Ability to adjust priorities quickly and according to demand
• First international experience through professional assignments or internships can be an asset
