Our Marketing & Recruitment department requires, initially scheduled for 24 months, a Recruitment Manager (f/m) for our MBA Programmes.

Responsibilities:
  • MBA programme branding including content creation for print and digital advertising
  • Development, implementation and analysis  of marketing and sales strategy
  • Handling incoming enquiries regarding the programme and application process
  • Individual consultations with prospective MBA students
  • Data and lead management
  • Market and competitor research
  • Coordination and attendance of recruitment events (travel required)
  • Building and maintaining internal and external network

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years’ experience  – preferably  in a marketing or sales role.

The successful candidate will be part of a committed sales and marketing team. You should enjoy working in an engaging, multinational team and have strong interpersonal skills. You will have joint responsibility for our MBA programme recruitment in close liaison with the programme directors and admissions office.

The successful candidate will be conscientious, service-oriented and have the ability to work in a team, as well as independently. In addition, proactivity, self-motivation and flexibility are essential. Fluent proficiency in English is required and very good German preferred.
