Our Marketing & Recruitment department requires, initially scheduled for 24 months, a Recruitment Officer for our Bachelor Programmes.

The position is based at our Hamburg office, but frequent presence (~ one week a month) at our main office in Frankfurt is required.

Responsibilities:
  • Dealing with potential candidates’ enquiries regarding the programme and application process
  • Providing in-depth consultations for prospective students
  • Market and competitor research
  • Data and lead management
  • Bulk e-mailing, campaign management
  • Support the development of marketing and sales plan
  • Contribute to programme marketing materials and website content
  • Coordinate and attend on- and off-campus recruitment events (travel required)
Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years’ experience in a marketing/sales role

Candidates should enjoy working in a multinational team and have good people skills, an understanding of higher education and image awareness. The successful candidate will be part of a busy recruitment team with joint responsibility for recruitment to the Bachelor programmes in close liaison with the programme director and admissions office.

The successful candidate will be service-oriented and conscientious and have the capacity for independent and responsible work. In addition, strong organisational skills, a high level of motivation, flexibility and excellent English and German skills are required.
