Job posting Recruitment Officer (f/m) for our Acquisition Process

Our International Advisory Services’ recruitment team ensures that we are hiring the best possible talents for our global projects in the field of banking and finance. For our acquisition process, we are looking for:

Recruitment Officer (f/m), based in our headquarters in Frankfurt, Germany

The main tasks and responsibilities of the role include:

  • Working with project managers to develop recruitment plans/strategy
  • Create job descriptions
  • Lead the creation of a recruitment and interview plan for each open position
  • Efficiently and effectively fill open positions
  • Conduct regular follow-up with project managers to determine the effectiveness of recruitment plans and their implementation
  • Develop a pool of qualified candidates to answer unexpected/short-term demand
  • Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruitment
  • Build a professional network to find qualified passive candidates
  • Post and maintain openings on online platforms, newspaper classifieds, with professional organizations, and in other suitable channels
  • Improve the department’s website recruiting section to improve candidate sourcing

Suitable candidates would fulfill the following criteria:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a recruiter
  • Hold a university degree in the area of finance and/or economics
  • Fluency in English is required, French or another language is considered a strong asset
  • Excellent communication, internet searching and reporting skills
