Get together 06:00 pm to 08:00 pm

Frankfurt School of Finance & Management
Adickesallee 32-34, 60322 Frankfurt am Main

The Steffens Conference

The Steffens Conference is named after Professor Dr Udo Steffens, President of Frankfurt School of Finance & Management from 1996 to 2018.

He set the stage and led Frankfurt School from the era of the Bankakademie to an international Business School that resides on a world class campus.

In the years ahead, not only Frankfurt School but Business Schools across the globe will face new challenges.  How do educators address issues ranging from artificial intelligence to blockchain, from technology only driven businesses to social and demographic change as well as political instability?

Shaping the Future of Business Schools

The Steffens Conference with deans and experts from international Business Schools as well as accrediting agencies will address challenges and possible solutions. We will also ask leaders in industry, finance and civil society about their expectations towards future graduates. Do we need risk takers, balanced thinkers, or both?
