Daniel Drummer, alumnus of the Master of Mergers & Acquisitions (LLM) at Frankfurt School of Finance & Management and Vice President Corporate and Investment Banking at JP Morgan, was included in the Forbes “30 under 30 Europe” 2017 list in the category Finance. Every year the business magazine publishes its lists of the richest and most influential people. One ranking is the 30 under 30 list, which features the 30 most important leaders or entrepreneurs in the areas of media, entertainment, arts or finance – none of them older than 29.

“To be honest, being included in the list came as a surprise – but of course I was very happy about the news”, Daniel Drummer explained. “Looking back, I can say that my time at Frankfurt School was an important step in my career path. The LLM opened important doors for me. I was able to learn a lot from my more experienced fellow students and over the years a lot of them have become trusted friends, mentors and advisors. And on a more practical note: A lot of what I have learned in the Master in Mergers & Acquisitions now helps me in my daily work, whether it’s investing in start-ups or conducting international transactions. So I can really recommend the programme to any prospective students – it’s really worth it.”

This is only the second year that Forbes is compiling its “30 under 30” list for Europe. However both years’ lists feature Frankfurt School alumni. In addition to Daniel Drummer being listed this year, Benedikt Kramer was included in last year’s list in the category “Social Entrepreneur”.
