Am Donnerstag, 22. November, veranstaltete die Frankfurt School of Finance & Management ihr letztes Corporate Governance Breakfast im Jahr 2018. Christine Gärtner, Partnerin in der Prozessrechtsabteilung der Kanzlei Latham & Watkins LLP, referierte über die 9. GWB Novelle des deutschen Kartellgesetzes und wie diese die EU-Kartellschadenersatzrichtlinie in deutsches Recht umsetzt. Die Novelle soll die Durchsetzung von Kartellschadenersatzforderungen in Deutschland erleichtern.

Die Reihe Corporate Governance Breakfast bietet eine Plattform für die Wissensvermittlung und den fachlichen Austausch zu aktuellen Entwicklungen im Bereich Corporate Governance. Professor Dr. Julia Redenius-Hövermann und Sabrina Biedenbach, Board Office Biedenbach, sind die Initiatorinnen der Gesprächsreihe.
