On Friday, August 30, 2019, Frankfurt School of Finance & Management welcomed 735 new students of the Bachelor of Science programme, the Bachelor of Arts programme and the Master programmes at its official opening ceremony. Professor Dr Selin Atalay, Head of Frankfurt School’s Management Department, greeted the students, their families and friends on the Business School’s campus.

Professor Dr Nils Stieglitz, President of Frankfurt School, was pleased to welcome the largest and most international intake ever. More than half of the master students come from abroad. “For you, today marks a new chapter. You have chosen to be part of Frankfurt School – to learn and to grow. We are proud to write that chapter with you”, he said.

The event’s guest speaker was FS-alumnus Tom Teja Gothe, Co-Founder of art&friends GmbH & Co. KG and partner at Gothentreuhand GmbH. “In addition to a substantial academic education, studying at Frankfurt School enabled me to set up a big network”, he emphasised and stressed the importance of networking nowadays.

Antonio Gutiérrez, Master of Finance student and FS Spirit Award winner 2019, invited the bachelor and master students to get involved in the student community and wished them a great start at Frankfurt School.
