Through this concentration, you will learn to combine knowledge from different areas – business administration, innovation management, marketing, entrepreneurship – and apply it in fundamental business activities. You will learn everything you need to succeed in a variety of management roles in different sectors. Learn how to guide and motivate employees, make smart financial decisions and manage a company innovatively and effectively. Through a practical approach, you will be challenged to think about yourself as a leader and discover how to take on cross-functional responsibilities and make critical strategic decisions on a managerial level.
In the first part of this concentration, you will focus on marketing strategies and consumer behaviour. You will switch to themes such as innovation management and (digital) business models in the second part. You can choose whether you would like to take the whole Marketing & Innovation Management concentration or whether you would like to combine it with modules from other concentrations (e.g. Finance or Digital Business).
This concentration is for students with a strong interest in management and entrepreneurship who wish to work in an international and innovative environment or establish their own company after their studies.
