Ana Gombovic is a doctoral candidate in the Finance Department at Frankfurt School of Finance & Management. Her research interests lie in financial intermediation and financial stability. Ana Gombovic completed her Bachelor’s degree in Economics at Cornell University, and Master’s degree in International Relations at Georgetown University. During her studies, she was an intern at the German Bundestag, the United Nations and International Labor Organization, and consultant at the World Bank. Prior to joining Frankfurt School in September 2016, she completed a one-year traineeship at the European Central Bank in Financial Stability Surveillance.
