Siham El Kihal is, starting from winter semester, assistant professor of marketing at Frankfurt School of Finance & Management,
Prior to joining Frankfurt School of Finance & Management, Siham was part of the PhD program in Marketing at the Goethe University Frankfurt (Graduation in September 2016) and was a Visiting Scholar at the Marketing Department of the NYU Stern School of Business.
Siham’s research centers on understanding customer’s purchase and post-purchase decisions in E-Commerce. As an empirical researcher, she aims to study research questions that are of high relevance for consumers, practitioners, and policy makers.
