Personal Details

Tural Karimli has started his Ph.D. in Finance at Frankfurt School of Finance & Management in September 2018. His educational background includes M.A. in Economics from Central European University (CEU), M.Sc. in Financial Economics from The University of Glasgow and Bachelor’s in World Economics from Azerbaijan State University of Economics. He worked for Centre for Research and Development at Central Bank of Azerbaijan and produced papers on topics as oil price pass-through into inflation and the extracting probability distributions from oil options jointly with his colleagues. He gave lectures as an Adjunct Lecturer in Finance theory to master’s students at Azerbaijan State University of Economics. He also gained industry experience in valuation review area at Citibank and Morgan Stanley during his studies at CEU.
