Frankfurt School of Finance & Management is one of Europe’s leading business schools, accredited by AACSB, AMBA and EQUIS.  We invite applications for a tenure-track faculty position as Assistant, Associate or Full Professor of Accounting (open-rank).

We welcome applications at the assistant, associate and full professor level, commensurate with qualifications and experience. In particular, we are looking for research excellence in the areas of financial or managerial accounting. Frankfurt School offers a stimulating research and educational environment, including a research seminar series, a Ph.D. program, generous research funding, and all the opportunities of a vibrant private business school in a state-of-the-art campus.  The successful candidate is expected to contribute to the teaching in the area of Accounting and to the overall development of the Accounting Department and Frankfurt School as a whole. For a tenure-track position as assistant professor, we require a Ph.D. degree in Accounting or a related field, to be completed by August 2024.  The application package should consist of a CV, the job market paper, up to two additional papers (published or unpublished), a research statement, a teaching statement and three letters of reference. 

For a tenured position at the associate or full professor level, we require a Ph.D. degree in Accounting or a related field, a strong publications record in top journals in Accounting or a related field as well as international visibility within the academic community. The application package should consist of a CV, up to three papers (at least one of which unpublished), a research statement, a teaching statement (including a list of courses taught and sample evaluations) and the contact information of at least three academic references.
