In the field of law, the legal knowledge relevant to the banking business is taught in order to then apply it to practice-related issues, especially with regard to customer loyalty.

The Banking Management degree programme is aimed at committed bank clerks in credit institutions and other companies in the financial sector. The focus of the programme is on the fundamentals of economics and practice-oriented knowledge from the various sub-areas of the banking business. Graduates of the banking specialist course receive the state-recognised degree "Gepr. Bankfachwirt/in (IHK)".

  • Civil law
  • Commercial and Corporate Law
  • Credit security law
  • Fundamentals of Procedural and Insolvency Law

 

Lecture periods:

  • Presence: Saturdays between 08.00 and 15.00
  • approx. 6 lectures per semester of 4 academic hours each
