Assistant Professor of Operations Management
Andres Alban is an assistant professor in the Technology & Operations Area at the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management. Before joining Frankfurt School, he received a Ph.D. from INSEAD and was a postdoctoral research fellow at Harvard Medical School. His research uses stochastic simulation and optimization to support decision-making in healthcare settings. He has published works in the topics of clinical trial design, ICU patient-flow, and mobile healthcare units.
