In the subject area of Law, students acquire the legal knowledge relevant to banking operations in order to apply it to practical cases, particularly in relation to customer relations.

The Bank Business Administrator program is aimed at motivated banking professionals working in credit institutions and other financial sector companies. The program focuses on economic fundamentals as well as practical knowledge from various areas of banking. Upon successfully passing the IHK (Chamber of Industry and Commerce) examination, graduates receive the state-recognized qualification “Certified Bank Business Administrator (IHK)”.

Course content:

  • Civil Law
  • Commercial and Corporate Law
  • Credit Security Law
  • Basics of Procedural and Insolvency Law

Lecture times:

  • In-person: Saturdays between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.
  • Approximately 6 lectures per semester, each consisting of 4 academic hours
