
Lecturers for exam preparation for office management assistants
The Frankfurt School's training academy develops tailor-made solutions for trainees, training companies, and people who accompany and supervise trainees. We teach exam-relevant theoretical content throughout Germany to prepare trainees for the final exams of their respective commercial training occupations.
For the occupational profile of office management clerks (IHK final examination), we teach the knowledge relevant to the final examination and practice exam tasks. We provide lecturers with comprehensive, well-developed materials that are used uniformly throughout Germany.
We are currently looking for new members to join our team of external lecturers for all subject areas of this occupational profile, with a focus on exam preparation.
Technical content:
In-depth knowledge of the examination areas of the office management training profession in accordance with the IHK specifications in the following areas:
1. Information technology office management
- Use of word processing and spreadsheet programs (proficiency in MS Office is required)
- Organizing and processing office and procurement processes in a customer-oriented manner.
2. Customer relationship processes
- Customer-oriented order processing, including customer relations; communication and order processing and follow-up
- Personnel-related tasks (payroll accounting, recruitment)
- Commercial management (accounting entries based on industrial accounting; cost and performance accounting)
3. Economics and social studies
Or in-depth knowledge in the training-related learning areas of the apprenticeship profession of office management assistant
- Designing office processes and organizing workflows
- Processing orders
- Procuring goods and services and concluding contracts
- Acquiring and retaining customers
- Recording and evaluating value flows
- Organizing meetings
- Performing human resources tasks
- Securing liquidity and preparing financing
- Managing value creation processes in a success-oriented manner
- Presenting and optimizing business processes
- Organizing events and business trips
- Planning and implementing a project
Your profile is characterized by:
- Completed vocational training as an office management assistant or comparable qualification
- Experience in teaching commercial content, ideally as part of continuing professional development or as a lecturer/trainer at an educational institution
- Proof of pedagogical aptitude (e.g., AEVO)
Seminar times:
Monday to Friday full-day events (1 to 5 days)
Frequency of assignments:
Between 5 and 20 trainer days per training year, depending on availability, location, and topic.
