In the field of economics, the effects of economic policy measures on economic contexts are explained and their fundamental influences on the business of credit institutions are evaluated.

The Banking Management degree programme is aimed at committed bank clerks in credit institutions and other companies in the financial sector. The focus of the programme is on the fundamentals of economics and practice-oriented knowledge from the various sub-areas of the banking business. Graduates of the banking specialist course receive the state-recognised degree "Gepr. Bankfachwirt/in (IHK)".
