Overview

Study programmes, research and advisory services are the core competencies of Frankfurt School, a non-profit, limited-liability company based in Germany. The business school also manages other activities through a number of subsidiaries and holdings.

Frankfurt School’s organisational structure is designed to fulfil a number of objectives: adhering to the highest academic and quality standards, responding flexibly to new challenges, generating added value and optimising synergies between the business school’s activities on behalf of students, graduates and clients.

BOARD OF TRUSTEES

Frankfurt School's Board of Trustees provides oversight, accountability and strategic direction to the Management Board.

MANAGEMENT BOARD

The Management Board administers the Foundation by its rules and procedures, Foundation Statutes, the German Foundation Act and the decisions of the Board of Trustees.

ADVISORY BOARD

Frankfurt School's Advisory Board helps to ensure that academic and corporate demands, ideas and trends are integrated into the School's activities. It comprises of members of the business and financial community, industry, academia and alumni.
