Occupational pension schemes (bAV) have become increasingly important in recent years as the third pillar of retirement provision alongside statutory pension insurance and private pension plans. This online course provides information on the legal framework, development, and status of occupational pension schemes. The various insurance-based and non-insurance-based implementation methods (direct insurance, pension fund, pension fund, support fund, pension/direct commitment) in occupational pension schemes are described in detail.
