In recent years, company pension schemes have become increasingly important as the third pillar of old-age provision alongside statutory pension insurance and private provision. This online course provides information about the legal framework, development and status of company pension schemes. The different insurance-based and non-insurance-based implementation methods (direct insurance, pension fund, pension fund, support fund, pension/direct commitment) in company pension schemes are described in detail.
In addition to the learning sequences, the online course contains a topic-specific lexicon. A test allows you to check and document what you have learned.
