Ardak Mustafina

Prior to joining Frankfurt School of Finance & Management, Ms. Ardak Mustafina worked for Eurasian bank in Almaty for three years and for BHF Bank in Frankfurt. She holds a Masters degree from the Kazakh State University for World Languages and a Master of Bank Training from Bankakademie. For IAS Ms. Mustafina works as Senior Project Manager and is responsible for projects and other initiatives in the area of Human Resource Management and Human Resource Development, as well as training. In addition to her senior project manager activities, Ms. Mustafina works as a senior consultant for different projects of FS world-wide. Her special focus lies in Asia, South-Eastern Europe and Ethiopia. Her last assignments she conducted in 2010 and 2011 for the Ethiopian Institute of Financial Studies and Commercial Bank of Ethiopia. As a team leader, she was responsible for the implementation of both projects.
